Drilling supervisor assigned actions: Control safety work performance; 1. Control safety work performance; 2. Work performance control according to approved plan; 3. Visual inspection of all Customer’s site and equipment before commencement of operation; 4. Planning further jobs and supply requirements recourses timely: personnel, tools and equipment. 5. Keeping connection and cooperation between rig personnel, office and subcontractors; 6. Making all the required repots on time; 7. Drilling critical activity monitoring; 8. Delegating responsibilities to qualified specialists only; 9. Supervisor prepares suggestions on emergency/alternative work plan if the situations required revising agreed plan appears; 10. Organizing control of all rig operations and activities.
