Animal Defenses The Dog - Faced Bat protects itself by biting,hissing, flying and blending in. Their enemies are cats, dogs, hawks, raccoons and skunks.
Characteristics They eat and drink fruit, meat, water and blood. The Dog-Faced Bat has sharp teeth to eat meat. They move by flapping their wings in a fast motion. They can also go in a slow and medium pace.
Habitat House Sometimes they can live in forest or in a open country.
Classification The Dog-Faced bat is a mammal. It is a 7-5 to a 12-5 centimeters. It is soft and has scales. The baby size is 2-1 centimeters.
Nest of Knowledge The Dog Faced Bat is found in China, India, Sri Lanka, Borneo, Southeast Asia and Philippines.
