Create a Username & Password

Creating an Account - continued 2nd screen includes your address, phone number and grade level. Once you click next, confirmation of a created account shows up.

Starting the Application 1.Go to 2.Make sure to click on “Undergraduate Admission Applications” 3.Click on the box which includes “Fall 2015” for applications 4.Select school to which you want to apply, then select “start new application” button under school listings 5.You will be directed to the campus website and can click on “start new application” at the very bottom.

Application: Sidebar Application typically consists of 13 screens Complete each screen in chronological order (Best Practice) Green checkmarks designate screens that have been completed System will validate all required fields are filled out after you click on “Save and Continue” Skip to Another Screen – Will not save current screen’s data! Be sure to first click “Save This Screen” before skipping to another screen Save This Screen – Saves the information already populated in the screen applicant is working in

Application: High School Info Select “Add A High School” to add your current or last high school attended.

Final steps... ● Fill out EOPS and apply for fee waiver if eligible ● Review your application ● Submit your application by application deadline of November 30th

Tips and Final Notes ● After the first application is complete, and a new one is started, all information will auto-fill onto the next application. ● Send SAT or ACT scores from respective sites, using CSUMentor school code 3594 for sending scores directly to ALL CSU campuses for cost of one for SAT scores! ● Remember the deadline to submit is Nov. 30th
