It was found on a mummy known as Oetzi, an iceman found on the Italian & Austrian Alps dated to be a least 5,300 years old. Problems Associated with Tattoos When getting a tattoo there are a few risks factors and problems associated with the procedure. The biggest risk is acquiring a communicable disease i.e.: Hepatitis, Tetanus, Staph and other blood borne diseases, as acquiring a tattoo involves some degree of bleeding. Another risk is infection. The most important way to reduce these risks is by having your tattoo performed by a licensed artist in a licensed facility. Regardless of one’s opinion the fact is, that having tattoos can sometimes be detrimental to a persons success in the business
