DIRECTIONS TO ADD DISTRICT/SCHOOL DATA December 2015 When giving presentations on PARCC results, local school officials may want to compare their district/school PARCC data with consortium-wide data. Follow these directions to add the local information to the charts in this presentation: 1.Click on the slide you want to edit. 2.Right click in the graph area 3.Click on “edit data” 4.An excel file will appear on the right and add the data in the proper location 5.If you want to add school level data, expand the blue “outline” and it will add the rows/columns in the chart.
