6 Click on the Billing Tab to show Billing access Menu

7 Click on search to retrieve all your department’s billing records, OR select a particular billing month, e.g. 15-Jun-2012

8 Click here to retrieve billing data Please note: Enter 7-digits for new ARC Dept. # Select a particular month, Enter Dept. No and Click on “Search to retrieve Dept. billing header

9 Summary department bill shows total billed by month Click on “Non Usage Charge” to view all non- usage charges i.e. monthly equipment, phones, etc.

10 Non-usage charges details are listed. Export this file to an Excel spreadsheet by click [X]

11 Downloaded file from Pinnacle is a.csv file. “Save As”.xls
