Results Group 1 In-depth case studies of innovative practices found in teacher and trainer training organisations, training organisations and HRD departments (detailed description in the form of monographs)

Results Group 2 Description of job profiles and related competences which could be considered as stable and durable and which could be considered as a common ‘base’ of competences at Community level

Method Group 1 Grid (by Arnaud Coulon) to analyse six selected cases of innovative practices Altogether 34 case studies submitted from the national networks to Cedefop formed the basis for the selection
