 THE SECOND CONTINATANIAL CONGRESS INCLUDED John Hancock from Massachusetts, Thomas Jefferson from Virginia, and Benjamin Franklin from Pennsylvania and other members like the chief George Washington WHO?

WHAT? THE SECOND CONTINATANIAL CONGRESS were people who met together in secret to talk about how they will get freedom

WHERE?  They started the second continental congress in Pennsylvania.

WHEN?  They started the continental congress May 10 th 1775

WHY?  The second continental congress was to figure out a way to get freedom
