Learning Environment This lesson could be used individually. It could be used during quiet time or while students complete classwork independently. The students using the lesson would go to a computer in the classroom. The lesson plan must include narration and directions so that the students are easily guided through a step-by-step learning process. A disadvantage is that unlike English, Social Studies is not typically taught using stations. The teacher would have to find a time for the student to complete the lesson without taking time away from other activities. This lesson plan is helpful because it allows students guided instructions without requiring that the teacher be with the student constantly. This lesson could be used individually.
