BCG Dashboard A Guide for Mailers

2 Navigation Steps - Home page 1. Login to the Business Customer Gateway (BCG). 2. Click Dashboard on the Favorite Services menu in the upper right if it is available. 3. The Dashboard page will appear. Option 1 – Favorite Services Menu Customized for Dashboard

3 Navigation Steps - Home page 1. Login to the Business Customer Gateway (BCG). 2. If the option for Dashboard is not available on your Favorite Services menu, click Mailing Services on the left menu bar. 3. Continue with Step 4 on the Mailing Services page (next slide). Option 2 – Favorite Services Menu NOT Customized for Dashboard

4 Navigation – Mailing Services page 4. On the Mailing Services page, find the option for Dashboard (PostalOne!), and then click Go to Service using the green button next to the option. Option 2 – Favorite Services Menu NOT Customized for Dashboard

5 Dashboard - Search  Enter a date range and then click SEARCH.  Permit Holder Permit Number is required when your Open Date range spans more than 3 months.  Additional filters can be applied using the options in the Dashboard Search.  Postage Statements are available for 13 months from the Open Date

6 View Transactions Report  Click on the Job ID to download the Postage Statement – Click on [Download Details] next to the Postage Statement ID and select the preferred method of download.  Click on the Postage Statement ID to view the Postage Statement  Click on the reports under the eDocumentation Summary to view reports for the mailing.
