Lilly and the new shoes Written and illustrated by Dana

In the city there lived a little girl named Lilly. She had long hair and was a bit shy.

One day Lilly was invited to a party. Lilly wanted to wear her pink shoes.

OH-NO her pink shoes were missing!

Lilly's Mum said they were in the laundry phew!

But when Lilly tried them on they were to tight!

Lilly was upset. Now she will not have shoes for the party.

The next day Lilly went to the shoe shop.

There were lots of shoes at the shoe shop.

When it was time to try on the shoes a special shoe lady came. Lilly felt a bit shy.

The shoe lady was kind and let Lilly choose which shoes she wanted.

In the end Lilly choose pink sparkly shoes.

The next morning Lilly jumped out of bed and got ready for the party.

When Lilly arrived at the party she saw all her friends and had a great time. The end
