Famous Artist

The students will learn about the life and art work of a famous artist who was considered the most famous modern artist in the 1920’s in the United States. The students will gain an understanding of a specific art technique used throughout art history and will learn the importance of their chosen artist’s contribution to art history. The students will create a papel picado using symbols that are meaningful to them using the techniques previously learned in class.
