Bear Tracks

There have been sightings of black bears in Marion County Kentucky There have been sightings of black bears in Marion County Kentucky. I wanted to figure out where the black bears have been seen, because the community is not use to seeing bears around. People are worried about the safety of their children and are wanting to make sure they know where the bears have been spotted so that they can try to stay away from those areas. This bear has shook up the community tremendously and everyone isn’t sure how to control the population.

Legend Bear Sighted Distance (Meters) Each of the bear claws on the map show a citing of a black bear. We know there have been bears seen there because many of them came from pictures on a trail camera and a few of the locations were seen by eye.

Legend Bear Sighted Distance (Meters) These are pictures from a trail camera in Bradfordsville about a mile off of Liberty Road.
