Rules ( important things you should know about cheerleading) Befor getting into a cheer squad you must be prepared for most things required for cheering like for example:splits,good fliping skills,big cheery voice,also picking up and being picked up by people are needed. After joining a squad and all the other stuff (not important) you should pratice HARD ! If you do you the hard worki will be payed off and eventualy you will be ready to go to a competition or a game.

Practice After you join a team/or squad you have to practice hard!!. When practicing you must have practice uniform to warm up in Always bring a snack and water ( juices are bad for practice and games ) Also always have you hair pinned up in case of accident

Equipment The equipment you need for games or practice is »Shorts- ( no jean shorts never allowed) also sweat pant silky kind from your providers »Shirt - Your squad,school,or team shirt (no regular shirts never ever allowed) »Pads- should always have knee,arm,and ankle pad or they should provide you with

In conclusion Be prepared for the big games,championships,and competitions Before and after games you will be really exughsted and nevous Make sure you always bring your bag with makeup and hair holders When you work hard on the hardest position it will pay off
