AMENDMENT EVALUATION “Following a careful assessment of your request, our services concluded that an amendment procedure is not justified....., the only proposed substantial change to the project budget consists of an increase of 14% in Personnel costs. Please be aware that all budget changes will be evaluated at the Final Report stage against the original budget reported in the Grant Agreement. The evaluation will depend on the overall technical achievements of the project, as well as on their value for money and cost-effectiveness. I take this opportunity to acknowledge the efforts of project team in terms of personnel and materials invested in order to tackle the challenging synthesis of naturalised dyes at pilot scale, as well as their use for semi- industrial scale tinctorial trials. FINAL REPORT ICCOMCNR will be responsible of the production of the Final report which will be made up by:  Progress report with the summary of technical, administrative and dissemination project issues  Dissemination Annex  Deliverables  Possible Technical Annexes  Output indicators  New EC Financial forms with all the originals signatures from each partner  Documents requested by the EC in the Mid-Term Report evaluation  Audit document The Final Report sending deadline is 30 September 2016 The EC ok of the Final report will produce the project final payment from the EC LIFE12 ENV/IT/352 «BIONAD»

FINAL REPORT  Documents needed from each beneficiary  ICCOMCNR will check all the partner financial documents for final original versions with signatures from each partner ICCOMCNR will be responsible for the production of an audit document signed by an external authorised auditor (already selected) which will certify all the project financial data.
