HOW THE TECH FELLOWS ARE RECRUITED Criteria : Technical abilities, knowledge of security policies, Teaching or mentoring experience Good interpersonal and communication skills Flexible schedule – (2 semesters) Team workers, problem solvers Self-directed learners, Respect deadlines, reliable, proactive, take initiative, not afraid of making mistakes, can resolve conflicts, accept criticism, and are able to cope with stress
