Conclusion As partnership as a whole, we delivered most of our targets or will do so before July 1st ! But.... Are we satisfied? Did our “Vital dream come true...?” Seen from  Transfering and exchanging your project results  Extending your network  On a personal basis within the partnership

Feedback spreading and improving best practice results (learning) -> were the best practice results good enough? connecting with new partners and networks (linking) -> did we have enough power on partner search and network? preparing for new cooperation and partnerships (extending) -> is there an intention to start new partnerships from old ones? -> did Vital work fit into our regular work...?
