FOOTBALL AUSSIE RULES

AFL My sport is football or as Australia knows it knows it as AFL/Aussie rules. AFL or Aussie rules was invented in 1857 by some called Tom willis. Aussie rules is an all Australian game.

BASIC SKILLS The basic skills of the game is to Kick to ball straight to another person. Hand ball to another team mate. To mark the ball with competition. ect

BASIC RULES Some of the basic rules of the game is;Your not allowed to hold the opposition.You cant push them in the back when your going for the ball.When you have the ball you can either kick the ball or handball it you cant throw the ball because it would be a free kick to the opposition. You cant tackle them above the shoulders.You have to bounce the ball every fifteen meters.

EQUIPMENT Some of the equipment that you will need is;You would need 2 big posts and two small posts but you need that for both ends.You need to have a oval shaped ball to use.You would need the right fitted football boots.You would have to get a mouth guard for protection.You will need a Guernsey to tell which team your on.

HOW TO PLAY THE GAME During general play, players can position themselves anywhere on the field, and use any part of their bodies to gather the ball up the field. The main way to get the ball up the field is to hand ball it toanother team mate to get it up the field. The other way is to kick the ball up the ground to anotherteam mate.

MY CLUB My football club is Norwood football club.I think Norwood fc is a great club because all of the people are very supportive to our team mate and that we get great competition against other club in our league.We are a great side andwe stick by each other as a team.
