Not enough detail… Without enough concrete detail, your main idea loses support and will fall apart
Not enough commentary… Without enough commentary, your readers won’t understand what your details prove or why they are important My brain hurts.
Balance With proper balance – two sentences of commentary for every one detail – your writing is well- supported and well- explained
