Where is Northern Health?

Why LEAN projects?  Analyze existing procedures  Identify opportunities for improvements and where possible, testing and implementing changes  Enhancing quality improvement using the LEAN methodologies and increasing LEAN trained personnel

Two phased approach Phase 1  Connected with stakeholders  Identified expectations of the project  Developed project plan  Deliverables  Scope of project Phase 2  All 3 sites had identical processes  Kaizen  Rapid Improvement Events over a 3 -5 day period.
