Stennis NOAA Cal/Val Cruise Status on Data Processing NRL APS VIIRS Processing v5.8 : w/ NASA 2014 Reprocessing Updates Reprocessing Started for cruise dates (November 11 – 20, 2014) ASD: 23 Stations processed and QC (100% Complete) Hyperpro (Floating): 20 Stations Level 1 processing (0% Complete) Flowthru (AC9, Filtered AC9): Level 1 processing (binary conversion to raw 1/m engineering units and merging of ships data GPS/CTD) of raw data (85% Complete). Analysis of pre-cruise, cruise & post cruise ac9 calibrations (50% complete). Level 2 processing (raw absorption and beam attenuation with temperature, salinity & scattering correction and calibration applied, etc. (0% Complete).

Constraints: Satellite – Negative Values (Flags) and 50% valid. Chlorophyll derived using NRL’s Automated Processing System (n2gen/l2gen) WavCIS – AOT>0.2; Wind speed> 8m/s.
