I don't drink coffee, for it keeps me awake at night. ( 나는 커피를 마시지 않는다. 왜냐하면 밤에 잠이 오지 않기 때문이다.) for 는 종속접속사 because 와는 달리 문두에 오지 못함. It will rain, for the barometer is falling.
