Refreshing Community Priorities Three year cycle is a refresh of previous consultation work. Updated information. Fits into business planning cycle – Oct/Nov.

Community engagement Whole view of priorities across neighbourhoods Agree outcomes at community committee Statement of community priorities Partners statement of operational priorities Partners statement of strategic priorities Statement of service standards from all partners Develop objectives and draft business plans Report back to Neighbourhood Partnership Board. The priorities…. Engagement and Involvement: –Residents want to feel listened to. –Residents would like more local information. Public Realm: –Potholes across the area but particularly Eccles Ward. –Environmental Attractiveness –Attention to repeat locations for enviro-crime –Eccles Town Centre –Improvements in public transport from parts of Eccles and cross-city. –Improvements to local train stations.
