9 TH Grade Required Classes All incoming 9 th graders will be registered for the following required classes: ◦ English 9 ◦ Civics, World Geography ◦ Math 1 or 2* (Your middle school math teacher will provide us a recommended math course for each student.) Elective Credits (3 credits) You will choose 3 total credits of elective classes and 1 credit of science. You will take Reading if you do not pass the Reading Test (9 th grade reading level required for high school graduation).
