Accessing NetMail (1 st Way) Go to in a Web browser. Click Students link. Click OnCampus Portal. Click Communicate. Click .
Identifying Portal Username Type Student Number, such as , in the Username box. Type PIN, such as birthdate as , in the Password box. Click Sign In. Make a note of your portal username to sign in next time.

Accessing NetMail (2 nd Way) Go to in a Web browser. Type user name. Type password. Click OK.

Creating a Sent Folder: Step 1 Click Add Folder. Type Sent Mail or Outbound Mail. Create Create In drop-down arrow and choose location. Click OK.
Creating a Sent Folder: Step 2 Click the Options button. Click the Mailbox Management button. Click the Sent Folder drop-down arrow. Choose Sent Mail. Click Save. Exit and sign in again.
Sent Folder Click Sent Mail to see list of sent .
Increasing the Timeout The computer times-out after 6 minutes by default. Click the Options button. Change Timeout option. Save, exit, and login again.

Spell-Checking NetMail does not have a spell-check system. Type the message in a word processing program, such as Microsoft Word Press Ctrl+A to select all in Word. Click the Copy button or press Ctrl+C. Click inside the NetMail message window. Press Ctrl+V to paste.
Attachments Documents or files to send to receiver. Click Send button. Click Browse. Navigate storage devices. Select file(s) and click Open. Click Add. Continue browsing, if needed.
