A Matter of Attitude How you look at life!

What do you see? Is the glass half full or half empty?

How did you respond? This reflects your attitude – how you look at life. It affects: How you interact with others How you respond to stress & success How you deal with the changes & opportunities in your life.

Self-Fulfilling Prophecy A prediction that, in being made, actually causes itself to become true.

Think Positively Means believing that something good will happen, even in negative situations. People who think positively are more Successful Self-confident Motivated Healthier

Self Talk Messages you tell yourself in any given situation. It can be positive or negative. I shouldn’t have tried out anyway! Maybe if I work harder I’ll make the team next year.

Dealing With Criticism Is one of the most challenging aspects of communication with others. Constructive Criticism – criticism that is given in an attempt to help an individual grow and learn from an experience.
