What elements do you remember? (first line? Last line? Adverbs?) Who is speaking? Effect given? Which words are repeated several times? Why? What image of the American soldier is given here? The Soldier's Creed is a standard by which all US Army personnel are encouraged to live. All U.S. Army enlisted personnel are taught the Soldier's Creed during basic training, and recite the creed in public ceremonies at the conclusion of training. It was created in 2003.
