CONCLUSION Confidence level improves significantly in Q3, 2015 (102.30) as compared to the points recorded in Q2, Employment level within the next six months is expected to largely remain the same. Awareness of the single window system, recently introduced by Customs, GRA is minimal. Nevertheless, users rated it as being more convenient (faster and less expensive) as compared to the previous system. The major challenges that Industry continues to face include exchange rate volatility, inadequate power supply and multiplicity of taxes.
