 Students practice names of the body parts using the following PPT.  Students are divided into pairs.  It is a role play between a doctor or a dentist, and a patient.  The doctor should find out what’s wrong with the patient and the patient should answer using the body parts which they have practiced in .

 The doctor and the patient have to set up the next appointment using the following calendar, the numbers circled, and the days of the week.  They should try different days before they agree on the final day of the appointment.  After completing the task, students should change roles ( adapted from Teaching Pronunciation as communication by Celce-Murcia). f
