Quality system  ISO 9001:2008  APAVITAL is ISO 9001:2001 recertified (Certificate No. 1228/2 July 2008 issued by SRAC and RO- 1228/2 July 2008 issued by IQNET).  ISO 14001:2005  This certification pursuant to Environment Management System standard SR EN ISO 14001:2005 recertified on 21 July 2008, thus certifying that APAVITAL complies with the requirements of an adequate environment management.  OHSAS 18001:2007  This certification pursuant to the Health and Labour Safety standard OH SAS 18001:2007 was recertified on 21 July  ISO/IEC 27001:2005  This certification pursuant to the an information Security Management System standard ISO/IEC 27001:2005 was awarded on 21 July  Class I Operation Licence  In 2011, APAVITAL Iasi was awarded the Class I Operation License for public water and sewage services issued by ANRSC (National Regulatory Authority of Communal Services).

Quality system  GIS Application in Management  GIS application is a coherent assembly of IT equipments and software, data, persons, operational methods and rules, all enabling the preparation, definition, construction, updating and operation of geo-topographic maps associated with descriptive information, operated in 3+1 dimensions.

Quality system  Management Integrated System (MIS)  APAVITAL has implemented a last generation Management Integrated System on Oracle platform satisfying all the safety levels in force as well as access restriction to databases, depending on user competence.  Round-the-clock integrated CALL CENTER  Since October 2005 APAVITAL Iasi runs an integrated Call Center, supplying its clients with the following services : Contract signing; Communication of water meter readings; Asking for a repair; Request of new connections; Information regarding invoices, contracts; Obtaining approvals/endorsements; Dealing with any type of claims; Advice regarding water consumption conservation

Company managed capacities APAVITAL makes a permanent effort to guarantee the continuous water supply and to increase water quality standard. The capacity of Iasi WWTP shall have a total amount of l/s waste water processed pursuant to EU standards (the current l/s plus l/s) The final objective is integral use of the sludge in agriculture, using discharge on ground only in emergencies (sludge contamination).
