By: Carolynn Thomas Jones, MSPH, RN PERC Portfolio Development NOTE: Each student will develop a personalized portfolio highlighting learning activities and achievements in the PERC Program. These slides may serve as a guide to develop your portfolios. Your final portfolio will be due at the end of the program. Portfolio of "Your Name" NOTE: Use any design template you wish. This is your portfolio.
