Ala-Carte Shared Value Approach CSAA determines Services required, orders CSAA & SSA establish success criteria for Services –Success Criteria used as basis for Shared Value (SV) Bonus determination Difference between SSA Standard Rate & SV Discount Rate used to establish Bonus Pool –SSA Invoices CSAA based on SV Discount Rate as Services are performed –SSA earns SV Bonus if success criteria for Services reached SV Bonus determined on earlier of: –Quarterly basis or –At the completion of Services ordered
