WHY INTERNATIONALIZATION ? IR offices should be the strategic as well as operative centers for internationalization within the university, promoting and supporting international activities for the university management, students, academic and administrative staff. UNIVERSITY OF KRAGUJEVAC

HOW TO DEVELOP A UNIVERSITY INTERNATIONALIZATION STRATEGY? Investigation of two sets of factors: Internal factors  university mission, objectives and tradition  strengths and weaknesses in educational programs, management, finance and personnel External factors  external perception of image and identity,  evaluation of trends and opportunities in an international market place,  assessment of competitive situation UNIVERSITY OF KRAGUJEVAC
