Ordering positive and negative numbers including decimals

  How do you order positive numbers, negative numbers and decimals from greatest to smallest  Answer: In my way I always try to see the biggest negative number and start from their. Then I try to see the biggest positive number and I just know that the positive number is going to be furthest to the right and that the biggest negative number is going to be furthest to the left

 Helpful Hint  ALWAYS TRY TO FIND THE BIGGEST NEGATIVE NUMBER AND PUT THAT NUMBER FURTHEST TO THE LEFT  ALWAYS TRY TO FIND THE BIGGEST POSITIVE NUMBER AND PUT THAT NUMBER FURTHEST TO THE RIGHT

 Problems about decimals  < 1.23  Explanation: 1.23 is bigger because it’s a positive number, positive numbers are ALWAYS bigger than negative numbers.  3, -4, -6, 7, 9 order them from least to greatest  -6, -4, 3, 6, 7, 9  explanation: if the negative number is further to the left that means its smaller.

 Practice problems  Do this by yourself  which one goes here: -8 8  which number is smaller: -9 or -16  Helpful hint: if the negative number is further to the left it means it’s smaller.

 Conclusion  from the information learned today how do you order negative and positive numbers from least to greatest  Answer:  Final question: what do you think I should do to make this topic easier to learn  Answer:
