Proposed: Photographer to use barcode scanner to input the Accession Number Custom field for Term Completion and Controlled Vocabulary controlled for input of scientific name. "Descriptive Title" field to differentiate similar media handling records. Future: In a later iteration, we will build a batch processing script that automatically creates a specimen object record from the information on the Media Handling record. Automatically filling in accession numbers and names/titles. Current Workings: One can manually create a related specimen object record using existing CollectionSpace capabilities.
