 Ethics are important because they govern our behavior  In life  On the job  Things you say and react to  How you behave  Our values  How we raise our families Why is it important? Pace 2 Employment

 Do no harm  Make things better  Respect others  Be Fair  Be Compassionate 5 Easy Principles

 Fear  Revenge – we want to get back at someone – give them what they deserve  Easier not to get involved  Sometimes it’s not fair Why are they difficult?
