Did You Know? Every tweet or Facebook status that you post online creates a webpage. Negative comments about you online can be an opportunity to show love towards somebody.

The Mind The mind doesn’t know the difference between online and offline bullying. The most common way that students are cyber bullied is by receiving an upsetting from somebody that they know.

Be Proactive Be proactive and don’t engage in hurtful activity online. Tag people on images that are motivating and uplifting. What are other helpful ways to act online?

Character You are a walking resume. People are watching what you do and say online so protect your reputation and your character.

Healthy Practice Tip Ask a close friend to be on the lookout online and to let you know when you’ve posted something that can be taken the wrong way.
