DBA UK Adult Meeting March 2013

General Talking Points  How do we deal with DBA?  What treatment do we receive?  How often?  What problems does DBA cause?  How is our emotional health? Is this managed/treated?  How do our doctors deal with DBA?  Is our treatment/care adequate?  How does this differ from hospital to hospital?  Do any of us see the same doctors/specialists?  Referrals to other departments, how is this managed? Patient led?  How do employers deal with DBA?  Are they sympathetic, do they understand?  How hard has it been to find employment/support?

How can DBA UK help you?  What do you want to see the charity do?  How can the charity help the adult patients outside of these meetings?  What have you got out of this meeting?  Is it worth doing again?  What would you change?  What works?
