Structured Debate Format Opening Statements from each side - Time limit: 2.5 minutes Questions - presented to answer in alternating sides with alternating rebuttals. 7 questions total. Time limit for Answers: 1.5 min, Time limit for Rebuttal: 1 min Closing Statements : Time limit: 2.5 minutes The Goal : Convince me of your side of the argument.
