Feedback – what we heard Our four strategic directions resonate A focus on all four strategic areas is important Alignment of Library’s strategic directions with the University’s MCR key goals is very good to see Partnerships are key, e.g. in “online learning” Our mission statement still needs work Some things need clarification Extent of engagement in Library Review is excellent Ongoing engagement & communication are critical
