fossil hunting Domanick

About this power point We have been reading about fossil hunters and searching for fossils.

What are fossils? Fossils are a bone from a prehistoric creature from long ago.

Discoveries that changed paleontologist minds Paleontologists once doubted that dinosaurs were on New Zealand but they were wrong because Joan Wiffen found a dinosaur fossil.

The largest dinosaurs Paleontologist thought that the Tyrannosaurs Rex was the biggest dinosaur but it wasn't. The Gigantasouras was the biggest meat eating dinosaur.

How they display fossils They display fossils by putting a lot of special glue on the bones to stick together. And then they put it on display when the glue is done.
