Checklist 2 1x Official University Letter, Signed by Sjaak (as Chairman of Organisation and Information) -Explain that our trip is on behalf of the university -Flight numbers -The purpose of our trip (duration and what we want to do) -Itinerary -Contact details of Sjaak --The letter has to be addressed to the Embassy of India, Consular Wing (Buitenrustweg 2, 2517 KD The Hague) and printed on official University Paper--
