Core Evaluation team & Subject Matter Experts have read and analysed the Draft Tender bids ready for Stage 2 Negotiation Stakeholder site visits to bidders services held on 9 & 10 November Number of days (4) held with bidders as Stage 2 Negotiations on key areas of Draft Tender bids 30 November Working Group with Parent/Carers & Customers to decide who does each evaluation role

What has happened so far? Meeting held with trade unions – 23 November LD JCC held on 1 December Contract discussion meetings held with bidders Customer site visits to bidders services held on 4 & 9 December Draft SCC transition plan/timetable produced Finalised and issued Final Tender in December 2015

What needs to happen in the next month? Deal with clarification questions from bidders on final tender Prepare for evaluation of final tenders Hold Joint CAG to decide who does each evaluation role – 15 December Further contract discussion meetings Deadline(s) for Final Tender – January Maintain communication with stakeholders
