3 How to Enter Time (Salaried) Select: ‘Time entry’

4 How to Enter Time (Salaried) Select: Pay Period (Choose Only One) Select: ‘Submit’

5 Time Entry Summary Form (Screen shot 1 of 3)

6 Time Entry Summary Form (Screen shot 2 of 3) Enter: ‘Hours Worked’ for each day or enter leave hours as applicable. When ready to send the timesheet to the supervisor, be sure to ‘Check’ the Employee Approval Box at the bottom of the screen.

7 Time Entry Summary Form (Screen shot 3 of 3) If any overtime was missed from the prior pay period you would ‘Check’ additional time (prior period). Select: ‘Submit’

8 Time Entry Summary Form – overtime hours entered Enter date and overtime hours worked from prior pay period. Select: ‘Submit’

9 Confirmation form The confirmation page shows the hours that were entered and whether the employee had marked their time as complete. After “signing” and submitting the time entry form, the employee may no longer enter on the time entry form.
