Target Review Main-Committee Establishment Target Review Committee (TRC) Responsibilities Setting up objectives for MAIP & TAIP aligned with SMAIP & KPC Strategies. Appoint a Sub-Committee to manage TAIP. Conduct MAIP Quarterly and Year-End Performance Review. Approve Quarterly, Mid-Year & Final Review reports by TRSC.
Target Review Sub-Committee Establishment Target Review Committee (TRSC) Responsibilities Review and approve Individual Objectives set for Team Leaders & KNPC Coordinators. Ensure Individual Objectives are aligned with the KPC/KNPC Strategies. Consistent executive support and involvement. Conduct Mid-Year and Year-End performance review. Prepare Summary report to TRC Twice a year.
