WACABA is pleased to present: “The Changing Workforce: Engagement and Reward Challenges in a Multi-generational Workplace”. Thursday, January 16, 2014 Summary Designing and implementing a Total Rewards program is a challenge for any Compensation and Benefits Professional. When you factor in the differing expectations and motivations of the different generational groups, it becomes even more complex. Baby boomers, Gen Xers and Yers, and Millenials each have their own perspectives on the workplace contract, and how they should be rewarded for the knowledge, skills and effort they bring to an organization. Come and hear three experts present some viewpoints on the four, and soon-to-be five, generational groups that make up your workforce. Following their presentations they will participate in a panel discussion to answer your questions about how you can use their insights to design and deliver more tailored Total Rewards systems and programs that will create a fully engaged workforce.
