Agenda Location Theme Style of food Where our food comes from Education of Staff Why should you invest?

Location We chose to locate the restaurant in Maho because of the many people that are there at night Next to the only international airport and near many hotels

Theme Modern interior in order to convey clean restaurant Green and white colours create a classy mood Family style formal, bringing more customers

Style of Food The biggest attention grabber! Main menu includes: only organic, low calorie food, and many foods are gluten free Special menu for an Alkaline diet – this is a very popular diet over the world This will attract many customers

Where our food comes from The food is mainly grown in the restaurant’s own garden which is on the roof contains no pesticides and uses the technique “Hydro Culture” A few vegetables and food have to be imported from an organic farm

Education of Staff All the chefs and waiters have through a special course in order to see if they have the skills and qualities needed to operate this restaurant - The chefs have to pass a highly advanced culinary exam that proves that they can work with organic food, can cook food that is low in calories, and be able to cook foods that are gluten free - They must also be able to prepare foods that are excellent for an alkaline diet (vegetable and fruit beverages and meals)

Why should you invest? This is one of a kind restaurant on St. Maarten because of the food and how it is prepared – the only restaurant that has an alkaline diet menu! This concept is only needed of your investment to get it started -An investment of $ 500,000 and keep 20% of the profit each year! -In less three years, your investment is repaid!
