2 Dinner Meeting Policy Inputs PMI Space Coast Dinner Meal Policy Meal selection for dinner meetings can only be guaranteed for early registrants (registrations made before noon on the Friday before the Monday dinner meeting). Although every effort will be made to accommodate late registrants meal selections, late registrants will be given a “Chefs Choice” meal. PMI Space Coast Dinner Meeting Refund Policy Dinner meeting refunds will be given based on the policy below: –Written cancellation notices received before noon on the Friday before the Monday dinner meeting will receive a full refund for their payment. –Written cancellation notices received after noon on the Friday before the Monday meeting will have their payment applied to a future Dinner meeting. –If no cancellation notice is received, no refund will be provided.
