 June 14  Meeting in the cafeteria  We will sit together to write goals for each grade level by department.  Goals will be posted and used for planning staff development on August 31.

 Talk about it at grade levels on Thursday (Jen at 6 & 8, Keith at 7)  Whole Grade Level Pick One Day during Encore (select 2 dates and we will pick one)  PE Lockers cleaned out by June 16  Summer Group staying here using about 30 classrooms, locker rooms, gym, auditorium, cafeteria….. Please take personal belongings home.  May be limited access to the building in August due to cleaning schedules

 Please keep traffic to a minimum  Make sure students have a blue pass or signed planners  We will be sending students back if they are in the hall without passes  It is very helpful to have a sign-out/in sheet near the classroom door

 Keith sent out schedules and directions for Math Assessments  Field Tests will be the morning of 5/17 for about one hour in ELA testing rooms  Field tests may contain different types of questions, Keith will send out directions by Friday  Many Thanks to Marilyn & Phyllis for organizing all of the answer sheets for Keith

 Due at 8:00 am on Monday, May 16. Keith will upload to the parent portal.  All students receive progress reports on the portal. Please add at least one comment for each student in addition to “grades can be viewed on the parent portal”

 Please join us at 7:30 on Friday morning for breakfast in the staff cafeteria.  Breakfast casserole, fruit and baked goods  BYO Coffee
