3 rd Party Registration & Account Management 2 Monthly SMT Data Timeliness AMWG CR End to End File Processing Completeness – APR 2015 FTPS attainment was 100% throughout April 2015 Due to SMT infrastructure issue experienced during March 21 st to April 8 th and file loading catch-up activity after that until April 27 th, the file processing data is not available for April The actual file catch-up activity timeline is provided in attached spreadsheet -

3 rd Party Registration & Account Management SMT API and FTPS Services Availability – APR-2015 The service availability is measured as a percentage of number of minutes the service was available out of the total number of minutes in a month excluding planned outages. FTPS – on March 21 st 6:00am to March 22 nd 6:00pm FTPS was not available due to infrastructure failure issue API – not available from March 21 st 6:00am to April 8 th 11:00am.
